Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to own strategy and leadership across paid search, paid social, SEO and CRO. This senior role blends strategy with operational execution, joining sales calls, guiding internal and external specialists, and building growth roadmaps to deliver measurable client outcomes.

You will manage cross-channel performance, oversee analytics, QA and continual improvement, and present results in regular client updates.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years in PPC/SEO or multi-channel strategy.
• Experience running paid and organic channels concurrently.
• Ability to articulate strategic recommendations for clients.
• Track record overseeing execution teams and quality of deliverables.
• Sharp analytical skills to diagnose performance quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy for all PPC and SEO clients across industries.
• Join sales calls to validate scope, pitch recommendations and help close deals.
• Build 90 day, 6 month and annual growth roadmaps for each client.
• Own client performance across Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft and organic search.
• Audit PPC campaigns, bidding, landing pages and CRO opportunities.
• Oversee technical, on-page SEO, link building and AI-driven content.
• Own KPI tracking, attribution and analytics accuracy.
• Provide weekly direction and QA, coordinating with the marketing PM.
• Present monthly and quarterly performance summaries to clients.
