Pine Services Group is seeking a Growth Marketing Analyst to become the data engine behind our marketing and go-to-market efforts. You will turn raw data from dashboards and campaigns into clear insights and recommendations that help our operating companies grow.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Technology-forward, using AI and modern tools to automate and improve processes.
• Experience analyzing marketing funnel performance, attribution, and engagement across channels.

Responsibilities

• Report insights to Manager of Organic Growth and align on OC performance.
• Monitor marketing and revenue dashboards (HubSpot and related tools) and translate data into recommendations.
• Support tracking of partnership and co-sell pipelines with leads, revenue, and metrics.
• Contribute to go-to-market workshops including ICP development through market research.
• Track and report growth scorecard trends across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute, monitor, and optimize campaigns.
