Job summary

Dcbar is seeking a Business Analyst who will work with our central operations team to identify data-driven, scalable strategies to grow the business. You will develop analytics to measure acquisition, retention, engagement, and platform usage, and you will work on improving dashboards and reporting.

This role involves managing marketing initiatives, crafting and deploying email and other digital campaigns, and supporting paid media to maximize RO.

Qualifications

• Proficient in data analytics with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Experience building dashboards and data-driven marketing insights.
• Able to plan and execute email, text, and other digital campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytical tools to improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
• Manage dynamic marketplaces with custom dashboards.
• Support project management and operator roles across ops/marketing initiatives.
