Job summary

Clarity Pediatrics seeks a licensed Group Therapist to join our remote, multidisciplinary behavioral health team. You will facilitate virtual, evidence‑based psychoeducational groups for parents and caregivers of children with behavioral health needs, primarily ADHD and anxiety.

Our parent groups equip caregivers with practical, evidence‑based strategies they can use at home to support their child and strengthen family functioning.

Qualifications

• You’re a licensed mental health professional with active licensure as LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC; or a doctoral degree in psychology with licensure.
• Licensed in California and open to other states with support for licensure.
• Experience with parents and families of children and adolescents and telehealth interventions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate structured virtual groups for parents and caregivers of children with ADHD and anxiety.
• Deliver group curricula with clinical fidelity while adapting to each cohort.
• Create a warm, engaging group environment and encourage participation.
• Help families apply evidence-based behavioral strategies at home.
• Complete timely clinical documentation for group sessions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for additional clinical support.
