Job summary
Clarity Pediatrics is seeking a licensed Group Therapist to join our remote, multidisciplinary behavioral health team. You will facilitate virtual psychoeducational groups for parents and caregivers of children with ADHD and anxiety, guiding families through structured curricula and practical home-use strategies.
You will be supported with training, materials, and ongoing supervision to develop expertise in the programs we offer, while maintaining fidelity to the evidence-based curriculum and
Qualifications
- Licensed mental health professional with LMFT/LCSW/LPCC or licensed psychologist.
- CA licensure required; willingness to obtain other state licensures with support.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate structured, virtual parent/caregiver groups for ADHD and anxiety.
- Deliver and adapt evidence-based curricula with clinical fidelity.
- Create a warm, engaging, and safe group environment for participation.
- Help families translate strategies into home practice between sessions.
- Complete timely clinical documentation for group sessions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for additional support if needed.
- Participate in training, consultation, and quality improvement.
