Job summary

Consult Silicon Valley is seeking a Licensed Group Therapist (LCSW/LMFT/Psychologist) to deliver remote, in-network group therapy for adults navigating life transitions. You will facilitate therapist-led virtual groups designed to reduce loneliness and build belonging within a technology-enabled care model.

Applicants must hold an active unrestricted U.S. license and be credentialed as an in-network California provider, with at least two years of psychotherapy and group-facilitation experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted U.S. license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent).
• Credentialed as an in-network provider in California.
• At least two years of experience providing psychotherapy.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating group therapy or structured support groups.
• Clinical expertise in parenting and caregiver support, bereavement and grief, divorce and relationship transitions.
• Comfort delivering care virtually and working within a technology-enabled model.
• Strong interest in preventative, mission-driven mental health care.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate virtual, therapist-led group therapy sessions for adults experiencing loneliness, isolation, or major life transitions.
• Lead groups focused on parenting, grief and bereavement, and divorce-related support.
• Create a safe, inclusive environment that fosters meaningful connection.
• Guide discussions using evidence-based therapeutic frameworks.
• Collaborate with clinical and product teams to improve the group experience over time.
• Maintain timely documentation using our transcription platform and uphold all ethical and clinical standards.
• Support members in building sustainable peer connections beyond the sessions.
