The role emphasizes education, safety, and the advancement of veterinary medicine, with remote-based support across the North Atlantic region and substantial travel.

Qualifications

• Credentialed veterinary technician license active in good standing (AVMA-accredited program).
• Minimum 6 years of credentialed veterinary technician or veterinary nursing experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience with adult learning, presenting, or public speaking.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and develop Patient Care Associates across multiple hospitals.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality medicine and patient safety.
• Collaborate with Group Medical Directors and Field Operators to drive hospital performance.
• Travel up to 75% to VCA hospitals and support offices.
