Job summary

Voyager Technologies seeks an experienced GRC Lead for cybersecurity to own and mature our governance, risk, and compliance program, including CMMC. The role reports to the Senior Director of Cybersecurity within IT and is remote in the United States.

You will drive end-to-end GRC activities, lead CMMC readiness, manage controls, and coordinate with auditors and third parties. Strong policy, audit, and cross-functional collaboration are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information security or related field with relevant years of experience.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM, or CompTIA Security+.
• Hands-on experience with CMMC readiness and NIST 800-171.
• Ability to map controls, gather evidence, and drive remediation.
• Experience supporting audits or third-party assessments.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end GRC program, governance, risk, and compliance.
• Lead CMMC readiness activities and coordinate with assessing bodies.
• Manage control framework mapping, ownership, and remediation.
• Build and maintain evidence library for audits and reviews.
• Plan internal and external audits and serve as primary auditor contact.
• Maintain organizational risk register and track risk treatment.
• Embed compliance requirements into IT, engineering, and operations processes.
• Monitor regulatory landscape and advise leadership.
