Saltu Staffing seeks a GRC Engineer to lead MS Purview data governance, security, and compliance initiatives across the enterprise. This remote role requires residing near Dallas, Austin, Houston, NYC, or DC for occasional onsite meetings.

You will design and administer Purview, manage eDiscovery/Legal Hold, enforce policies, and develop dashboards in Power BI to track compliance posture and incidents.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Purview including eDiscovery and Legal Hold.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Security, DLP, Information Protection, and Compliance Manager.
• Expertise with Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Entra ID.
• PowerShell scripting experience.
• Strong understanding of data governance, privacy regulations, and compliance best practices.

• Design, implement, and administer Microsoft Purview solutions.
• Manage eDiscovery, Legal Hold, retention, and compliance processes.
• Develop and enforce data governance and information protection policies.
• Configure and manage DLP and sensitivity labeling.
• Monitor compliance posture, insider risk, and security incidents.
• Implement identity governance and access controls within Microsoft Entra ID.
• Create compliance reporting and dashboards using Power BI.
• Collaborate with legal, information governance, and IT stakeholders to support firm-wide compliance initiatives.
