Job summary

R.W. Mercer Co. is seeking a creative Graphics Designer on a full-time contract basis to develop engaging visual content for branding, marketing, and digital campaigns across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual composition, proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, and the ability to transform business requirements into polished visual assets. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are available to support project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio across digital, print, branding, and marketing design.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop original graphics and visual concepts for digital, print, marketing, and communications initiatives.
• Design promotional materials, presentations, social media graphics, advertisements, brochures, newsletters, and other branded assets.
• Create visual content for websites, email campaigns, digital platforms, and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, product, and business teams to meet project requirements and objectives.
• Translate concepts and strategies into effective visual designs and maintain brand consistency.
