Job summary

Studio Incline is a remote-friendly graphic design studio delivering visuals for clients in outdoor, nonprofit, tech, climate, and startup spaces. You will own end-to-end design work from concept to final deliverables, collaborating with a creative director and client teams.

We value quality, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to last-minute scope changes. This role supports a 1099 contractor model with part-time to full-time potential and project-based hours.

Qualifications

• Proven graphic & visual design experience.
• Solid online portfolio and resume showcasing prior work.
• Proficiency with Illustrator.
• Familiarity with Photoshop, InDesign, AfterEffects, and Figma.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Excellent typesetting and color acuity.
• Strong communication and ability to meet deadlines.
• Video/motion graphics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize visuals based on client requirements.
• Prepare drafts, present ideas, and finalize deliverables from feedback.
• Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs digitally or by hand.
• Maintain consistent use of colors, fonts, layouts, and file formats across projects.
• Collaborate with copywriters, developers, and the creative director to produce deliverables.
• Receive and implement feedback promptly; ensure brand consistency.
• Organize files, assets, fonts, and media across shared drives.
