School To Success Life Purpose Academy, Inc. is seeking a Graphic Art & Flyer Designer to create visual materials for programs, events, and outreach.

You will design flyers, brochures, social graphics, and print assets that reflect our life purpose and career guidance mission. You will maintain brand consistency, develop concepts, and produce polished artwork to engage students, families, and community partners.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or certification in graphic design preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, flyer design, or visual communications.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva and Figma.
• Strong portfolio showing flyer, print, and digital design work.
• Excellent understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create designs that are culturally responsive for diverse youth and families.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, creative, and passionate about mission-driven work.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Design eye-catching flyers, posters, brochures, and print materials for School To Success workshops, events, programs, and outreach campaigns that reflect the organization's brand and mission.
• Maintain and strengthen the School To Success visual brand. Ensure consistency across all materials, from color palette and typography to logo usage and layout standards.
• Produce original digital artwork, illustrations, infographics, and visual assets that communicate the life purpose and career guidance message clearly and compellingly.
• Design web banners, social media graphics, presentation slides, and digital toolkits optimized for desktop and mobile viewing.
• Brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns, events, and program launches. Translate ideas into polished visual designs that inspire students, families, and partners.
• Organize and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and brand guidelines. Prepare print-ready files and export assets in the correct formats for vendors and platforms.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and collaborate with the outreach, marketing, and program teams to deliver materials on time.
