Job summary

Opendorse is hiring a Canva Designer to own visual execution and brand integrity for presentations, marketing materials, and assets across the Opendorse and OD1 brands. You will shape templates, ensure consistency, and translate requests into polished, on-brand visuals.

The role emphasizes quality control, typography, color, and spacing, with experience in Canva and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud a plus. Remote (US-based) or Lincoln, NE HQ options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating presentation/deck design and brand systems work.
• Mastery of Canva; comfortable with BG Remover and image editing tools, charts, tables, graphics and frames.
• Sharp eye for typography, color, spacing, and layout consistency, with judgment to flex rules for design.
• Experience building and maintaining brand guidelines, templates, or brand kits.
• Organized and detail-oriented; can manage multiple projects and requests.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest or experience using AI-assisted tools to support design workflows and quality checks a plus.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design presentations, one-pagers, social assets, and other marketing materials in Canva for both Opendorse and Opendorse One brands.
• Translate marketing, sales, and leadership requests into polished, on-brand creatives.
• Build and maintain reusable Canva templates for self-serve work.
• Support content and campaign work with visual assets as needed.
• Own and maintain the Opendorse and Opendorse One brand styles including color palettes, typography, logo usage, and spacing standards.
• Serve as the final review for presentations and materials built by non-designer team members, ensuring brand consistency while exercising design judgment outside fixed rules.
• Maintain knowledge of internal design-QA tooling and evolve it as brand standards change.
