Job summary

Stella Contracting, Inc. seeks an experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team on a full-time basis. The designer will shape our visual identity across digital and print platforms, collaborating with marketing, product, and development teams to deliver compelling assets.

You will own projects from concept to completion, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality deliverables while staying current with design trends and best practices. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 3 years of professional experience as a graphic designer.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Experience designing for both digital and print media.
• Excellent portfolio showcasing a wide range of creative projects.
• Ability to communicate design concepts and collaborate in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of basic animation or motion graphics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design a wide range of graphics for digital, print, and social media channels.
• Create visual assets for websites, product packaging, advertising campaigns, presentations, and more.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive branding and ensure design consistency.
• Translate marketing strategies and messaging into visually captivating campaigns and deliverables.
• Take ownership of projects from ideation through final execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project goals.
• Edit, retouch, and optimize images for both digital and print use.
• Stay up-to-date with current design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Prepare files for print, liaise with print vendors, and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards.
• Provide feedback and mentorship to junior designers as needed.
