Job summary

micro1 is seeking a creative graphic designer to produce high-quality visual assets in line with brand guidelines for diverse digital and print applications.

You will assess existing materials, provide actionable improvements, and document design rationales. Collaborate with stakeholders to meet expectations, iterate on feedback, and maintain organized files for smooth handoffs in a remote-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or equivalent).
• Strong portfolio across digital, print, and branding projects.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with collaboration emphasis.
• Experience providing constructive feedback in collaborative environments.
• Strong understanding of current design trends, visual storytelling, and user-centered design.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or data-driven design workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities
