Job summary

IMD Institute for Management Development is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join the Brand ID/CD team. You will create digital assets for social media, web assets, brochures and campaigns while upholding brand guidelines and exploring new visual directions.

You should have 5+ years of professional design experience, a strong portfolio, and excellent English communication. This remote role offers a dynamic team environment and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Strong graphic design skills across digital and print media, infographics.
• Minimum 5 years of documented work experience (freelance, in-house or agency).
• Fluent communication in English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong portfolio and references available on request.
• Collaborative and proactive mindset with strong cultural fit.
• Openness to learn and improve.
• Critical thinking with ability to offer different perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Design digital assets for social media, web, brochures and campaigns.
• Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and design language.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Brand ID/CD team on projects.
• Manage multiple design tasks with deadlines and high quality output.
