Job summary

You will translate creative direction into scalable digital assets and ensure on-brand typography, layout, and responsive design. Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, and Editorial teams to deliver best-in-class visuals, templates, and assets that drive customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 3+ years’ experience in Digital Graphic Design.
• Excellent knowledge of print and digital design and production skills.
• Mechanical/production skills with typography, layout, and design.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop).
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with business partners.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to tailor concepts to audiences.
• Knowledge of responsive design and proficiency in Bootstrap and WordPress.
• Knowledge of HTML + CSS principles.

Responsibilities

• Supports the creative process from concept to completion for assigned seasonal campaign.
• Develops digital concepts that adhere to brand standards.
• Develops graphics and layouts for marketing channels and collateral.
• Produces and optimizes final digital artwork.
• Creates digital templates for email, site, and social channels.
• Collaborates to ensure copy and art align with product and brand stories.
• Ensures consistent communication of the brand across digital touchpoints.
• Designs and executes assets with a mobile-first lens for emails, site, and ads.
• Organizes and manages digital assets; prepares files for release.
• Adapts to direction from marketing and creative leads to boost engagement.
• Keeps current on design trends and social media/marketplace perspectives.
• Researches and shares industry design trends relevant to the brand.
