Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. is seeking an experienced on-set art director to lead the creative process for seasonal campaigns and ensure brand integrity across all channels.

You will partner with creative leaders to translate marketing objectives into clear art strategies, guiding photo shoots, retouching, and asset management while maintaining brand standards. The role supports cross-channel campaigns in fashion and beauty, coordinating with copy and production teams to deliver cohesive, on-brand assets

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work history.
• 5+ years on set phot art direction.
• 3+ years in a creative management role.
• Strong portfolio with on-set art direction, mood boarding, and concept development.
• Excellent presentation, communication, organizational agility, problem solving skills.
• Experience with omni-channel campaigns and fashion/retail branding.

Responsibilities

• Manage the creative process from concept to completion for seasonal campaigns.
• Develop seasonal marketing concepts, visuals, and campaign photography for all sales channels.
• Lead photography and video assets that meet brand objectives and maintain brand integrity.
• Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies in partnership with leadership.
• Oversee brand and campaign photo retouching and cataloging.
• Collaborate with copy team to align copy and art for product and brand stories.
• Ensure brand individuality and standards across all marketing channels.
• Leverage customer data to drive decisions with analytics and marketing teams.
• Support production scheduling, PLC timelines, and prioritize team work.
• Stay current on fashion and design trends and share best practices with the team.
