Job summary

Luminary Brands is seeking a graphic designer with 2–3 years of experience to join our remote design team. You will support Digital Marketing & DTC, assist the Creative Director with design, packaging, and merchandising, and help bring new products to market.

The role emphasizes fast-paced, project-driven work, strong visual storytelling, and collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and brand teams. Remote, US-based contractor-friendly environment.

• Excellent concepting, creative development, and design skills.

• Familiarity with Asana and Slack.
• Willingness to travel for on-site press checks, photo shoots, and production collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver design solutions aligned with marketing and brand strategy.
• Design and execute audience-optimized digital marketing assets.
• Collaborate with brand and digital teams to concept campaigns and product launches.
• Prepare production files for emails and digital assets.
• Conduct photo research and stock sourcing.
• Create imagery combining custom photography and stock environments.
• Retouch images and create animated GIFs; edit video sequences.
• Execute packaging and print production; proof soft and hard copies.
• Review QC standards and maintain design assets across server folders and DAM platforms.
• Support Sales and Marketing with asset distribution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally from concept through launch; multi-task across projects.
• Attend weekly meetings and work with third-party agencies.
