Job summary

Bill Alexander Ford Lincoln is seeking a skilled Graphics Designer on a full-time contract basis to craft visual content across branding, marketing, and digital campaigns. The role emphasizes transforming concepts into polished assets for web, email, social media, and print.

The ideal candidate will bring strong visual communication, a solid portfolio, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and related tools. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are available, with an expected 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 3+ years of professional design experience.
• Portfolio demonstrating digital design, print, branding and corporate communications.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, presentations, ads, and print.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Develop original graphic concepts for digital, print, and corporate projects.
• Create promotional materials, social graphics, presentations, brochures, and branded content.
• Design assets for websites, email campaigns, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, product, and business teams to meet requirements.
• Translate briefs into effective visual solutions and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Prepare production-ready files meeting specs and quality standards.
• Manage multiple design assignments and meet deadlines.
• Maintain organized libraries of assets and brand materials.
• Research trends and new design technologies.
• Support motion graphics, video editing, and interactive design when required.
• Coordinate with printers and vendors for production.
