Gusti Leder GmbH seeks a Graphic Designer to craft high-converting ad visuals and edit leather product photos using Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, and Figma. The role offers flexible hours within a remote global team.

You will integrate AI tools like Runway and Midjourney, optimize assets for multiple formats, and collaborate with an international performance marketing team to drive creative iterations.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years professional experience as Graphic Designer/Photo Editor.
• Hands-on experience with Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator and Figma.
• Interest or experience with AI tools (Runway, Generative Fill).
• Ability to create platform-specific ad assets for social and display.
• Excellent written and spoken English for remote collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Design high-converting static and motion graphics for Meta, Google Display, and Pinterest ads.
• Retouch, color-grade, and process product photography per CI guidelines.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline asset creation and background edits.
• Adapt visuals across 1:1, 9:16, 2:3, and horizontal banners.
• Collaborate with international performance marketing team to iterate designs.
