Job summary

Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design seeks qualified applicants for teaching design courses in the Graphic Design department as Adjunct Faculty. Qualified applicants hold an MFA or substantial professional experience in design, with proficiency in design software and processes. Prior college-level; online teaching experience preferred.

Qualifications

• MFA or substantial professional experience in the design industry.
• Proficient in design software and processes.
• Minimum of two years of teaching experience is preferred.
• College-level teaching experience preferred.
• Online teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teaching and instructional activities including evaluation by students, supervisor(s), and self, adhering to policies and deadlines.
• Record class attendance in Faculty Portal and submit midterm/final grades by the due date.
• Provide timely, meaningful feedback to students on assignments and participation.
• Complete online Faculty Certification Course and orientation through RMCAD’s LMS.
