• Online portfolio submission is required for review.
• Incomplete submissions will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Course planning and instruction in classroom, lab, or clinical settings across delivery modes (face-to-face, online, hybrid, blended).
• Student evaluation and timely, accurate submission of required instructional paperwork.
