Job summary

Centre for Effective Altruism is hiring a Grants Associate to help scale our grants management operations. You will be a key point of contact for grant recipients and internal evaluators, handling grant processing, due diligence, and record-keeping to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

This role focuses on building robust systems, improving end-to-end experiences for grantees, and supporting the Grants Lead in maintaining high standards of compliance and responsiveness.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented approach to work with complex grant systems and compliance.
• Strong organisational skills to manage many grants and ensure timely turnaround while following policies.
• Clear, friendly communication with grant recipients and internal evaluators.

Responsibilities

• Process grants through Salesforce grants management system.
• Communicate with grant recipients to resolve issues and ensure a smooth experience.
• Conduct due diligence on grant recipients to ensure compliance with laws and policies.
