Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Grants Research Consultant (Post-Award) for full-time, 100% remote work assisting post-award financial management for oncology clinical trials. You will handle finances for ~40 active studies across multiple portfolios, ensuring accurate invoicing, reporting, and compliance with sponsor terms.

The role requires 2+ years in industry-funded post-award finance, a Bachelor’s degree, CTMS experience, and East Coast residency. Remote work remains the norm with standard hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting industry-funded, post-award clinical research studies.
• Understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles, including debits, credits, revenue, expenses, and reconciliations.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Manage study finances in accordance with budgets and payment schedules.
• Create, submit, and track sponsor invoices for timely payment.
• Capture and maintain accurate financial data for study teams.
