Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking an experienced RFP/Grant Writer for a remote, part‑time role (15–20 hours weekly). You will lead responses to RFPs, RFQs, and grant opportunities, collaborating with attorneys and leadership to create compelling proposals and keep templates up to date.

The position emphasizes strict adherence to deadlines, excellent writing, editing, and project management skills, with preference for public‑sector bid experience.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of proposal, RFP, grant, or professional‑services writing experience.
• Strong writing, editing, project‑management, and organizational skills.
• Experience with government/public‑sector RFPs strongly preferred.
• Law firm, legal services or government contracting exposure is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and collaborate with senior leadership.

• Lead the development of compelling, compliant proposals, RFP responses, grant applications and related materials.
• Coordinate the proposal process from initial opportunity through final submission.
• Partner with attorneys and leadership to craft persuasive, client‑focused content.

• Translate complex legal experience into clear messaging and maintain reusable content.
