Teleperformance in the United States is seeking a Government Travel Advisor Specialist to support U.S. military personnel and government travelers.

You will act as a dedicated travel counselor, expert in Sabre GDS, handling time‑sensitive itineraries and complex government travel requirements. This is not an entry‑level role; candidates must perform independently from day one and meet DoD travel policy standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience with Sabre GDS and fare construction.
• 2+ years international booking experience with complex itineraries.
• Strong written and verbal communication for inbound/outbound calls and email.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to corporate accounts.
• Handle end-to-end travel bookings (domestic/international) with Sabre.
• Provide consultative advice and upsell hotel/car services while adhering to travel policy.
• Comply with legal requirements including training and sanctions.
• Meet KPIs for CSAT, productivity, and sales goals.
• Follow internal compliance and regulatory requirements for all customers/locations.
• Manage bookings via phone, email, or back‑office systems.
• Support multi-channel service environments with strong customer focus.
