Job summary

Teleperformance USA is seeking an experienced Government Travel Advisor Specialist to support U.S. military and government travelers. You will handle complex, time-sensitive itineraries and serve as the primary travel counselor with Sabre GDS proficiency.

The role requires independent work from day one and adherence to DoD travel policy, with opportunities to advance within a global, inclusive team.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years' Sabre GDS experience, including PNR construction and ticketing.
Experience handling complex, time-sensitive government itineraries.
Proven ability to communicate clearly via phone, email, and messaging.
Familiarity with Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) and DoD travel policy preferred.
Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Act as travel counselor for U.S. military and government travelers.
Book domestic and international travel using Sabre, including complex itineraries.
Ensure compliance with travel policies, regulations, and sanctions.
Provide consultative recommendations and upsell hotel/car services when appropriate.
Manage end-to-end booking process and multi-channel servicing (phone, email, etc).
Meet KPIs such as CSAT, productivity and performance targets.
