Job summary

MedStar Health is seeking an experienced Google Ads specialist to manage high-impact campaigns across Google Search and YouTube, connecting patients with care throughout the health system. This fully remote role is ideal for someone in Maryland or the Baltimore/Washington area who can occasionally join the team in Columbia, MD.

You will work hands-on with stakeholders, optimize campaigns, run keyword research, and contribute to reporting and strategy for diverse healthcare specialties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required in Marketing, Communications, PR or related field.
• 1-2 years in marketing/communications; 3-5 years preferred.
• Experience in paid search marketing and healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate management and launch of digital marketing campaigns aligned with strategy.
• Assist in bid management, keyword research, and landing-page setup/tracking.
• QA landing pages; conduct A/B testing and analyze performance with heat maps.
• Support email marketing programs to drive retention and reactivation.
• Develop and distribute campaign reports for stakeholders.
• Manage campaigns and landing pages across SEM/PPC, display, and email channels.
• Support strategic planning using digital data to improve results.
