We partner with engineers, researchers, and investigators to translate complex intelligence into scalable client-facing products. Our fully remote team operates in an asynchronous-first workflow, emphasizing impact and rigorous logic.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience developing backend services with Golang.
• Good knowledge of Go fundamentals, including concurrency, testing, etc.
• Experience with REST APIs and/or gRPC.
• Experience working in AWS environments.
• Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka/RabbitMQ/SQS/etc.
• Experience with SQL databases such as PostgreSQL.
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB/Redis/DynamoDB.
• Familiarity with microservices and distributed systems.
• Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate backend data services and APIs at scale.
• Develop and operate ETL/ELT pipelines and data processing workloads.
• Work with NLP pipelines handling unstructured text and entity extraction.
• Collaborate with investigations team to translate requirements into products.
• Contribute to system architecture, design decisions, and code quality.
• Support data quality, validation, lineage, and monitoring.
