SME Careers, a fast-growing AI Data Services company and subsidiary of SuperAnnotate, seeks a Go Quality Assurance Lead. You will oversee quality across Go training projects, review AI-generated Go code, and provide precise feedback to trainers and QAs in a remote contractor role.

You will monitor code correctness, concurrency safety, and rubric adherence while helping onboard contributors, maintain documentation, and improve QA processes for Go data training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/SE/IT or equivalent experience.
• Strong English to follow guidelines and provide feedback.
• 3+ years of Go development, backend, cloud services, or QA experience.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring: Spot-check Go items, identify quality issues, provide ongoing feedback.
• Code review: Evaluate AI-generated Go code and ensure correctness and clarity.
• Trainer and QA communication: Update on Discord about guideline changes and quality expectations.
• Question handling: Respond to Go syntax, concurrency, error handling, interfaces, testing, and rubric questions.
• Trainer/QA activation: DM inactive contributors and track follow-ups.
• Documentation: Create and maintain Go style guides, trackers, FAQs, examples, onboarding materials.
• Onboarding and training: Schedule training calls to explain expectations and standards.
• Risk and security review: Flag insecure or non-production-ready Go recommendations.
• Process improvement: Identify gaps and help build scalable QA processes for Go training.
• Overall project alignment with client expectations and quality rubrics.
