Job summary

IBA Poland is seeking an experienced Go Developer to join a global mobility and urban services platform. You will design, build, and maintain backend services, lead architecture decisions, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Expect strong focus on observability, testing, and production support in an Agile environment. Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in backend, Go expertise, and solid SQL/Redis skills, with English at B2+ level.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial backend engineering in high-load environments.
• Expert Go with generics, reflection, and advanced features.
• Strong SQL knowledge and Redis experience.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services.
• Lead architecture design and implementation of backend features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.
• Own deployment, monitoring, and production support of services.
• Implement observability with metrics, logging, dashboards, tracing.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to team growth.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and planning.
