Job summary

Reachdesk is seeking a Production Specialist to coordinate the sourcing, ordering, and delivery of personalized swag to global clients. You will ensure proofs and approvals are obtained and work with manufacturers to meet on-time delivery.

You will partner with the Project Lead, manage multiple vendors, provide regular client updates, and drive orders to completion in a fast-paced startup environment. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in branded merchandise, experience with promo software, and

Qualifications

• 2+ years in the branded merchandise industry.
• Experience with promotional product software.
• Proficiency in vector artwork software.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Strong understanding of design principles and client communication.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end swag sourcing with Project Lead.
• Support client proposals and build/present proofed concepts.
• Provide regular updates to clients on order status and shipping.
• Coordinate orders across vendors and crosscheck pricing and shipping.
• Collaborate with suppliers to generate proofs and obtain approvals.
• Confirm shipping dates and arrange delivery.
• Prepare shipping notices and coordinate with couriers.
• Share tracking information with clients and warehouse teams.
• Manage order details and billing to ensure accuracy.
• Problem-solve with Project Lead to meet SLAs.
• Assist with FedEx billing post-delivery.
