Job summary

Ichor Systems Inc. is seeking a senior procurement professional to lead strategic sourcing for MRO, CapEx, and tooling across semiconductor manufacturing sites. You will drive supplier selection, negotiations, and cost-reduction initiatives with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 7–10+ years in strategic sourcing, ERP/PLM experience, and travel up to 25%. It offers a comprehensive benefits package and on-site work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 7-10+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or supply chain within semiconductor/manufacturing.
• Experience sourcing precision tooling, MRO, or manufacturing equipment.
• Strong background in global supplier management, contract negotiation, and cost analysis.
• Experience with ERP and PLM systems (Oracle and Agile preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for MRO, CapEx, tooling, and facilities services supporting semiconductor manufacturing.
• Lead RFQs, supplier selection and contract negotiations to optimize cost, lead time, quality, and total cost of ownership.
• Drive supplier performance through KPIs, scorecards, audits, and improvement plans.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and facilities teams to identify cost reduction and supplier capability improvements.
