Job summary

CLS Labcorp Central Laboratory Services Limited Partnership is seeking a remote Global Study Manager to join our Central Labs Services team. You will act as the key client contact and liaison across Labcorp study teams, ensuring seamless study delivery and ongoing client satisfaction.

Required: 6+ years in clinical research and 2+ years in project management with strong communication. Preference for a life sciences degree and CLS experience. Pay range 70-90K and comprehensive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ years of experience in clinical research.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years of direct client and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience within Labcorp's CLS group (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Be the key client contact and liaison between clients, CRO and Labcorp.
• Provide project management oversight focusing on budget, risk and milestones.
• Coordinate communications between client and Labcorp study team members.
• Review Statements of Work to ensure quality and client-specific requirements.
• Manage a portfolio of global and local studies with varying complexities.
• Represent Labcorp on behalf of the client and ensure high-quality client support.
