Job summary

Silimed is seeking a Senior Medical Affairs Leader to drive global scientific strategies and partnerships with key opinion leaders. You will oversee medical communications, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide evidence-generation activities across the product lifecycle.

The role requires extensive experience in Medical Affairs, strong scientific storytelling, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, or related healthcare field.
• PhD or master's is mandatory if no prior breast implant experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global Medical Affairs strategies and scientific initiatives.
• Build and maintain scientific partnerships with KOLs, investigators, and healthcare stakeholders.
• Lead scientific exchange and ensure balanced communication of clinical data and product information.
• Identify evidence gaps and support IIS, real-world evidence, and publications.
• Gather and communicate medical insights to inform strategy and lifecycle management.
• Provide scientific leadership and medical support across the product lifecycle.
