PCI Pharma Services seeks a Senior Global Category Manager, Indirect Procurement, to develop and execute global category strategies, drive savings, manage supplier relations, and mitigate risk.

You will lead end-to-end sourcing, conduct spend analytics, and collaborate with Manufacturing, Project Management, and Finance to align category plans with business goals. This is a remote role with occasional travel to sites and meetings.

Qualificações

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Procurement or category management.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience across multiple spend categories and global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute assigned category strategies by evaluating stakeholder requirements, industry trends, and supplier activity.
• Conduct supplier/category spend analysis and should-cost modeling to identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Manage supplier relationships to secure collaborations that maintain performance and drive savings.
• Lead end-to-end category management and sourcing from strategy to contract execution.
• Integrate ESG and sustainability initiatives into sourcing decisions.
• Mentor and develop procurement team capabilities across the function.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Project Management, and Finance to align category strategies with business goals.
