Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking an Experienced Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to support site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits across US regions. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, data integrity, and strong collaboration with site staff and sponsors.

The CRA will travel up to 75% and engage in global clinical monitoring activities, with potential Real World Late Phase responsibilities. A Bachelor's degree or RN and solid GCP knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Excellent computer skills and ability to embrace new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management activities and close-out visits (on-site or remote) ensuring regulatory, ICH-GCP and/or GPP compliance.
• Verifies informed consent and protects confidentiality; assesses factors affecting subject safety and data integrity.
• Conducts Source Document Review, query resolution, and data verification for CRFs; supports IP labeling and disposition.
• Maintains ISF and TMF accuracy; supports audit readiness and site staff training.
• Manages project scope, budgets, timelines, and site-level communications; travels up to 75% as required.
