Job summary

Revolution Medicines is seeking a Senior Director of Commercialization FP&A to join our Finance team. This senior finance leader partners with Global Commercialization, Global Medical Affairs, and US Commercial to provide strategic financial planning and decision support for launch and expansion.

You will build cross-functional partnerships, manage budgets and forecasts, deliver monthly management reports and P&L analyses, and guide stakeholders with robust financial insights as we bring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• 12+ years in biopharmaceuticals finance/FP&A with progressive leadership.
• 5+ years of managerial experience.
• Experience with commercial product launch and global expansion preferred.
• Working knowledge of GAAP.
• Excel expertise with modeling experience, PowerPoint proficiency.
• Extensive experience with financial systems and BI tools.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with ability to synthesize viewpoints.

Responsibilities

• Forecast and track activities by embedding finance into decision-making processes.
• Gather, analyze, summarize, and prepare operating budgets and forecasts during planning cycles.
• Provide financial direction with proactive recommendations supported by robust analysis.
• Develop monthly internal financial management reporting and P&L for global and US organizations.
• Oversee monthly variance analysis of actuals to budget and explain key drivers.
• Support ad hoc analyses and special projects for successful commercialization.
• Drive process improvements in planning, analysis, and reporting.
