Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Global Circularity & Resilience Program Manager to lead the enterprise-wide circularity strategy and the 4R program. The role partners with Engineering, Product Management, Services, Supply Chain, Sustainability, and leadership to embed circularity into products, operations, and value chains.

The position reports to the Environmental Sustainability Operations Leader on the Corporate Sustainability team and focuses on material resilience, sustainable materials adoption,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in sustainability or circular economy.
• Experience leading global, cross-functional programs.
• Strong understanding of circular economy principles and product lifecycle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise 4R Circularity Program and maintain a multi-year roadmap.
• Define circularity standards, governance processes, and guidance.
• Partner with R&D, Engineering, Product Management, Services to integrate circularity into products.
• Advance Design for Circularity across durability, refurbishment, and remanufacturing.
• Lead materials strategies with Sourcing to accelerate recycled and low‑carbon materials.
