Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent (Royal Oak) / Bachelor’s degree or GIS certificate preferred (Lansing).
Knowledge of GIS concepts, ESRI ArcGIS software, and utility operations.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Word.
Ability to work independently in a virtual/remote environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
