Job summary

TELUS Digital AI Community is seeking an Online Data Analyst to perform structured quality audits on spatial datasets and validate diverse geographic and business information using advanced mapping tools. This fully remote role requires English and Spanish fluency, US residency, and strong analytical skills.

You will evaluate sources, document discrepancies with precise reasoning, and provide actionable feedback to improve mapping accuracy across maps, news, audio, and relevance tasks.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish (native or near-native).
• Residency in USA for the last 5 years.
• Open to multiple task types (Maps, News, Audio, Relevance).
• Advanced analytical thinking and methodical problem-solving ability.
• Deep regional, cultural knowledge of USA.
• Stable internet and personal computer.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured quality audits on spatial datasets using mapping platforms, search directories, and GIS-standard evaluation tools.
• Evaluate and cross-reference complex business, geographic, and cultural data entries against multiple authoritative sources.
• Perform root-cause analysis when spatial data points conflict across sources, documenting the discrepancy with precise reasoning.
• Apply detailed evaluation frameworks with consistency and rigor across dozens of geographic, business, and cultural data variations.
• Be open to work across a diverse set of Task Types (e.g. Maps, News, Audio tasks, Relevance).
• Provide structured feedback that helps refine mapping algorithms and improve geographic intelligence.
