Responsibilities

• Design, develop, modify, test, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot GIS applications, automated tools, scripts, and web-based and mobile GIS solutions
• Perform advanced GIS analysis; develop and maintain geospatial datasets, technical tools, and data solutions supporting Region programs and field operations
• Supervise and provide technical leadership to the Region IT Unit, including assigning and prioritizing work, evaluating performance, mentoring employees
