Job summary

SideBy Care is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed Registered Dietitian to join our multidisciplinary team and help clients with GI conditions through gut-brain nutrition therapy delivered remotely.

You will provide medical nutrition therapy, create lifestyle-focused care plans, document encounters, and collaborate with GI doctors and therapists. Requires active CDR RD credential, Massachusetts licensure, and 2–3 years of experience; telehealth familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

Credentials: Active RD/RDN credential from the CDR.
Licensure: RD license in Massachusetts.
NPI: Must have your own National Provider Identifier.
Experience: 2–3 years of nutrition counseling experience.
Education: Master’s Degree preferred.
Credentials Support: CAQH & PECOS logins preferred.
Holistic approach aligned with SideBy Care model.

Responsibilities

Provide medical nutrition therapy for GI conditions and counsel on gut-brain health.
Create lifestyle-focused care plans promoting healthy relationships with food and self.
Document clinical encounters and coordinate with care team and clients.
