Alignerr is seeking a German-speaking voice actor for AI training work. This fully remote, hourly contract role involves recording high-quality German audio and evaluating AI-generated speech for naturalness and expressiveness.

Ideal candidates have native or near-native German, proven voice acting experience, and access to a professional home studio. You will provide feedback to improve synthesized voice quality and ensure authentic, easy-to-deliver scripts.

Qualifications

• Full fluency in spoken German — native or near-native.
• Prior experience in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or comparable audio roles.
• Access to professional recording equipment and a quiet, acoustically suitable recording space.
• Able to deliver engaging, expressive, and well-articulated performances consistently.
• Sharp ear for pronunciation, tone, pacing, and overall audio clarity.
• Detail-oriented when evaluating speech quality and providing feedback.

Responsibilities

• Record clear, high-fidelity German voice performances using provided scripts and prompts.
• Listen to and evaluate AI-generated German speech for naturalness, accuracy, tone, and expressiveness.
• Provide structured, constructive feedback to help improve synthesized voice quality.
• Review and adjust scripts where needed to ensure they sound authentic and easy to deliver.
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule.
