Alignerr is seeking professional German-speaking voice actors to record high-quality speech samples and evaluate AI-generated audio for naturalness and expressiveness. This fully remote, hourly contract role offers flexible, asynchronous work and the chance to shape how AI communicates with German speakers worldwide.

You'll record from provided scripts, evaluate outputs, and provide clear feedback to improve AI speech quality.

Qualifications

Fluent in German with a natural, clear, and expressive speaking voice.
Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or similar fields.
Equipped with a high-quality microphone and a quiet, controlled recording environment.
Detail-oriented when assessing pronunciation, cadence, and vocal quality.
Self-motivated and reliable when working independently without supervision.
No AI background required.

Responsibilities

Record high-quality voice samples in German from provided scripts and prompts.
Evaluate AI-generated voice outputs for naturalness, pronunciation, tone, and expressiveness.
Provide clear, constructive feedback to help improve AI-generated speech quality.
Review and refine scripts to ensure clarity and natural spoken delivery.
Work independently on task-based assignments at your own pace.
