Job description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientated staff geotechnical engineer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative, technically driven environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Enter and analyze geotechnical laboratory test data under the supervision of senior engineers
  • Assist in writing, formatting, and quality control of technical reports and documentation
  • Support senior engineering staff by reviewing soil, aggregate, concrete, and asphalt test results
  • Operate specialized geotechnical software tools (training will be provided)
  • Maintain accurate records of testing processes and outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal teams and provide technical support as needed

Desired Candidate Profile:


  • Education: Masters Degree in Geotechnical Engineering (Mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of soil mechanics, lab testing procedures, and geotechnical fundamentals
  • Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced technical environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for data handling and reporting
  • Exposure to or willingness to learn tools like gINT, LPILE, SLIDE, etc.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and collaborative mindset
