Qualifications

• 5+ years in remote sensing for agricultural monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Advise on geospatial analytics and remote-sensing methods for NASS.
• Guide operational crop monitoring using satellite/aircraft data.
• Provide technical guidance on GIS workflows and image processing.
• Coordinate with USDA partners on methodologies and data sharing.
• Ensure compliance with policy restrictions and avoid federal-authorship.
