Job summary

UnitedHealth Group seeks a GEOINT Manager to lead enterprise geospatial intelligence efforts, shaping COP strategy and dashboards for security operations. You will supervise analysts, set standards for data governance, and collaborate with Esri and internal teams to advance ArcGIS capabilities across ERI and GIO functions.

You will provide executive-level briefings, drive automation, and support crisis response with time-sensitive geospatial analysis in a hybrid, national role.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of GEOINT, GIS, geospatial analytics, or related intelligence experience.
• 3+ years in leadership, program management, or team oversight roles.
• Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, or managing COP, situational awareness, or C2 solutions for security operations centers or similar environments.
• Proven expertise with Esri ArcGIS platforms, including ArcGIS Enterprise and/or ArcGIS Online.
• Proven leadership, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional project/program management capabilities.
• Proven excellent written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Architect, configure, and maintain ArcGIS-based COPs, web maps, and dashboards for security and risk data.
• Lead design, implementation, and lifecycle management of COP for GIO command-and-control activities.
• Establish standards for COP layers, data models, and governance to ensure consistency and rapid operational use.
• Partner with Esri and internal teams to optimize ArcGIS capabilities in line with cybersecurity and data governance.
• Drive automation and workflows using Python, SQL, APIs, and GIS processes.
• Oversee integration and analysis of geospatial data to produce maps, route analyses, threat assessments, and risk visuals.
• Integrate GEOINT into GIO operations, incident response, and executive decision support.
• Maintain geospatial databases with data integrity, accessibility, and security.
• Define GEOINT strategy and integration with ERI intelligence frameworks.
• Lead GEOINT team operations and program maturation, scaling the capability.
• Manage GEOINT vendors, GIS platforms, and program roadmaps.
