Job summary

Bemana, LLC is seeking a Generator Technician for a remote role with regional travel in Minneapolis, MN. This position offers a competitive pay range of $25/hr - $40/hr, along with health and dental insurance, a 401k plan, and a take-home company vehicle.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with standby generators, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to travel as needed. This role provides a chance to grow your technical skills within a supportive and safety-focused workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting load bank tests and performing full PMs.
• Ability to work OT and on weekends when necessary.
• Self-starter and ability to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, modify and diagnose standby power generators.
• Conduct PM service and load bank tests.
• Maintain and repair ATSs as needed.
• Check and repair all supporting systems such as fuel, cooling, and electrical systems.

Skills

Experience working on standby generators and related equipment up to 100 kW

Natural gas and/or diesel engine knowledge

Strong written and verbal English skills

Excellent customer service skills
